I have finally seen the light. Thanks for being so patient with me as I learned more about this process. I have always thought that “owning” the property was the way to go, I never even thought that most banks like “playing the bank” for a reason. I have actually earned a cash flow with real estate funding. My current investment properties are just paying for themselves if I am lucky. Last year I actually lost money on two of them because of repairs and vacancies. These are things I never have to worry about with a guaranteed rate of return!!!
Trust me, as soon as my other property sells I want to make an additional deposit with you instead of purchasing another rental unit. Please keep me advised as to when the next opportunity arises. I will definitely be including my brother and my best friend.
