Q. How difficult is it to do a deal?
A. It is very simple. We select the property to be financed and complete all the CMA's to ensure the value and complete the bid out process.
Q. How is my money secured?
A. As the lender, the deed of trust will list you or the LLC your in as the first lien holder. This ensures that the property can not be sold, transferred or deeded to anyone else without your permission. Also, the property itself is secured as the collateral for the loan. This would give you an equity position of pennies on the dollar to market value. *
Q. How is RE Funding better than the stock market?

Q. How long is my money tied up for?
A. The loan is for a 12 month period. However, if you choose to renew the loan that period can be extended for longer periods if you choose.
Q. How are payments made to me?
A. Interest only payments are made quarterly. The principle is returned upon the closing date.
